1         SITUATION: Conference Meeting

1. Personnel Present:

2.        OBSERVATION:

a. Unit Rank Promotion

b. Billet Assigned Position

c. Renewal membership fees

d. Select Conference date for MN Conference

f. Photo ID picture preparation

g. Unit training preparation and other

3.        OPERATIONAL: 

The duration of the meeting ran from 2pm-6pm.  Everything that was discussed
during the meeting was clearly understood by each individual that attended.

4.        FINDINGS:

1. Apr. 18 & 19 #1 rating for MN conference dates

2. A couple Iowa USV members that are employed needs some documents from HQ to be excused from employer.

3. Will submit passport size ID photos to HQ

4. Will pay renewal membership fees

5.        CONCLUSIONS:  

On the date for the MN Conference, we rate April 18 & 19 as #1.  There are a couple of people who works late on that Friday, and requires documents from the HQ in order to be granted their request from their employer if it is possible.
